Returns & Order Policy
At Soralise, every product is created in limited quantities and carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our craftsmanship standards.
For this reason, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and imagery carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, our support team is happy to assist.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@soralise.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited-production nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
We are unable to accept returns for:
-Sale or promotional items
-Gift cards
-Custom or limited-edition releases
-Items showing signs of wear or use
